London-based designer Elaine Neocleous is again in Paris showing her new Callioppe collection at the Romeo showroom in Marais. Black, grey, dark blue, purple and petrol are the basic colors of her new gorgeous handmade knits for the next Fall.

The combination of fine wool with silk,tulle,mousseline and pearls result in a distinctive aesthetic result that could be called "new urban" or "grunge" but would definitely not be enough to describe the aesthetic of a true Londoner who knows how to create garments that have this one enormously important characteristic; the woman who wears them is a citizen of the world that does not stick to any styling restrictions and can look elegant and stylish no matter in which city she lives.
