To herald her new F/W 2012 collection, designer Alexis Barrell wanted to break free from the constraints of closed spaces, stiff poses and boring explanatory texts. So, she summoned her muses from London and New York to free the clothes and play in them on a sun-filled picnic at Hyde Park, London. Each of them inspiring, they represent the feminine ideal the designer creates her collection for: the woman who lives in beauty, has a fascinating personality and great individual style. The muses are Fiona Mackay (editor of nowness.com), Leonie Von Hase (blogger, model and creative muse), Siena Crawford (philanthropist), Kelly Fulton (music producer and fashion film director), Mikaela Bradbury (artist, creative colsultant) and Christina Barrell (actress).
