Spring. Light. Relaxed mood. Quality tailoring, smooth silhouettes, topcoats that look deconstructed but they are not, loose-cut shirts and pants. Clothes that can be worn till the dawn.

Based in France, Greek-born photographer Thanos Verveniotis wanted in months to shoot an editorial in Athens and asked the Eternal Optimist to collaborate. In his short visit to Greece, we agreed that Yiorgos Eleftheriades would be perfect for our longing to present a contemporary aesthetic with the Athenian atmosphere. The designer gave us pieces of his Spring 2012 collection which is available in top stores all over the world.

Plaka, the area under the Acropolis of Athens, was the perfect location to shoot this beautiful fashion editorial. Under the Parthenon, the dimension of time doesn't exist. Just like the new collection of Greek designer Yiorgos Eleftheriades; it is timeless.
